Blood and Gold could have had more promise, were it not for the weight of the usual, woke narratives. Turning ordinary German housewives and farm girls, into evil Nazi patriarchy, freedom fighters, with a cowgirl vibe, is not terribly plausible, when faced with battle hardened SS soldiers.
