Nothing is as it seems.
A college student returns home for the weekend and reluctantly takes a babysitting job after a local babysitter is brutally murdered. When the town’s sheriff receives chilling evidence that the killing wasn’t an isolated incident, a deadly night unfolds as a masked killer sets the stage for another attack.

We have us an old-fashioned case of Horror who done it going on, and it doesn't look good for our local authorities. What a vile person this Killer is, too bad our main character is an amazing thinker. I hate to say it, but I'm very impressed with this "who done it" film. They actually had from the go, and I'm very surprised and freaking overjoyed at the outcome...

From its 1980s setting, to its unsettling horror trope of a late night babysitting gig for a young teenager that goes horrifically wrong -- **NIGHT OF THE REAPER** is not a bad viewing experience to kick off this Halloween season.
