"Andy Panda" buys the last fish from the pet store and is taking it home - bowl on his head - when they are both espied by a fairly ravenous alley cat. Lunch thinks he, and various antics ensue as the cat tries to bamboozle the rather dim-witted panda before resorting to brute force to secure his dinner.
