Combining European musical influences, perfect production and lyrics of love and loss, ABBA made us fall in love with the sound of Swedish melancholy. This documentary explores the music of ABBA and chronicles how they conquered both Sweden and Britain in the face of constant criticism.

The Superlative music documentary tells the story of how "four Viking invaders plundered the Anglo Saxon pop charts." The film reveals how they made the normal things in life seem otherworldly via perfect pop productions shot through with a very Swedish melancholy. New interviews with band members and talking heads including Kim Wilde add color.
