There's "nothing" about Mary that is entertaining. Stiller and Diaz are the main characters. It's a bit of romance, allegedly, but if you're looking for inspiration or chemistry or charm, forget it. Still, there's nothing wrong with the story. It's just dull. Classic situational comedy, about a guy who meets his old high school crush. The plot revolves around Mary, who is so perfect that she makes everyone fall madly in love with her. It's funny from start to finish. With absurd characters doing absurd things. All the Farrelly brothers' comedies are hilarious, if you don't mind gross humour.
