First contact has been made. It's war.
In the year 2524, four centuries after humans started colonizing the outer planets, retired General James Ford gets called back into service when a hostile alien fleet attacks soldiers on a remote planet. The threat against mankind soon escalates into an interstellar war as Ford and a team of elite soldiers try to stop the imminent attack before it's too late.

Pretty lame science fiction actioner with a thin story, one-dimensional and poorly developed characters and bland villains with basic motivations (and they infect humans like parasites apparently). I had hoped this would be at least moderately entertaining but was just stupid with Bruce Willis and Frank Grillo sleepwalking through their roles. If there's any plus, at least some of the effects were above some SyFy TV…

Yeeeaah, this was terrible. You can actaully tell where the budget went when it came to "what are we going to make look science fiction-ny" and "on what we will make the audience use their imagination." I'm not sure if Bruce Willis did this because he was doing someone a favor or if he just wanted to get out of the house for a little while. But this 'show' will not be listed in the memoirs as "Most memorable." _Stars…
