<em>'Tum-pabi-dum'</em> is a rather charming film. It gets a tad forced right at the very end, though for the vast majority it's pleasant with its heart in the right place. There's an ace performance from youngster Artyom Vengerovich alongside some good showings from adults Pavel Yuzhakov-Kharlanchuk and Valeriya Arlanova, among one or two others. Merits more watchers. I'd recommended it.
