The Pitt is a medical series that keeps you hooked, driven by a real-time pace that sticks to the action and makes every minute feel urgent. Noah Wyle is excellent, the clinical cases feel credible, and the writing avoids the genre's usual clichés. Far from boring, it's actually one of the most tense and addictive shows out there right now.
